If the statement that made a statement after a visit to Governor Alex Otti in Umuahia on Monday, insisted that there was no coalition that could shift Tinubu because the President had the support of the Nigerians because of the performance and sterling’s reforms that had placed the country on a healthy economic record.

He also distanced himself from what he described as a coalition that emerged from the opposition figures, which stated that even though he maintained a personal relationship with the coalition supporters, he remained strongly committed to the decision of all the progressive congress (APC).

“Atiku Abubakar is my personal friend, Amaechi is my personal friend, Peter Obi is my friend, my brother and father-in-law, my wife is from the state of Anambra and you want to take that woman? It’s impossible,” said the former governor.

“El-Rufai is my personal friend and brother. So their coalition is what I do not understand. What I understand is that APC is on the track and I have many triggers to be pulled out for APC, but not for the coalition.

“APC is the largest party in Africa and Africa will use it,” he said, swearing to help APC and Tinubu stay in power in 2027.
