Just in: Warriors Crush Ikan Sports 48-7 to establish a final confrontation with undefeated knights

The stage is officially prepared for the Grand Final of the Showtime Flag Football Summer series, while the Warriors Flag Football roared in the championship game with a 48-7 victory over Ikan Sports in the last playoff shock.

In a confrontation that promised fireworks, the Warriors did not waste their time affirming the domain, combining an explosive offensive with a relentless defense to seal their place in the final of June 1 against the undefeated Athetic Knights of Lagos.

The knights, who finished the regular season with a perfect 7–0 record and added another victory in the playoffs round, now they will face their fiercest test against a Warriors team shooting in all cylinders.

With both teams that obtain emphatic playoff victories, the Showtime Arena in Lekki is prepared to organize a championship show like no other.

This year’s League takes a brief pause before the final, as the attention changes to the 22nd National Sports Festival in Abekuta, where Flag Football will make its historical debut as a demonstration sport, under the leadership of the Football Federation of the Flag of Nigeria and with the support of the National Sports Commission, President Mallam Shehu Dikko and DG Hon. Olopade.
