Speaking during the distribution of identity cards to women and children in pregnancy under the age of five, the governor has said that his administration holds “the belief that no citizen should be left behind, no community should be neglected and no life should be lost simply because he cannot afford the necessary care.”

The governor also thanked the traditional sovereigns for using their influence to mobilize people for health, adding that individuals and philanthropist organizations “are planting service seeds whose harvest will be measured in healthier generations.”
