Kalu appoints Hart as the new head of the staff
Abuja (Reporter Core) Vice -president of the House of Representatives, RT. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu has announced the appointment of Sam Ifeanyi Hart, Esq. Like his new head of the staff (Cos).
Hart replaces Hon. Toby Okechukwu, who has recently been appointed executive director, projects of the new Commission for Southern Southern -East (Sedc) of new Constitution.
Before his appointment, Hart was a special consultant of the vice -president for public affairs and has a large background in training and advice.
Hart previously was also general manager, Abia State Marketing and Management Agency from 2019 to 2023 after having occupied other names.
He was also a member of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies
(Nipps), Kuru, where he attended the senior executive course 45, acting as a secretary general of the course.
He was also part of the boards of directors of different corporate and non -governmental entities.
Hart brings vast knowledge and experience to his new role, with a distinct career that covers the right, leadership and public service.
A student throughout his life has achieved multiple academic qualifications, including a master’s degree in environmental law (LLM) and a law degree (LLB) at Abia State University.
The new chief of staff is currently pursuing a doctorate in jurisprudence.
Expert professional, Hart attended prestigious institutions, including the Gotni Leadership Center, the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (Nipps) and the School of Politics, Policy and Governance (SPPG).
He is also a member of several professional bodies, including the Chartered Institute of Directors of Nigeria (M.ID), the Nigerian Institute of the referees of Chartered (Aciarb) and the Nigerian lawyer association (NBA).
As head of the staff, Hart will provide a strategic guide and support to the vice -president of the legislative activities, exploiting his experience to guide political initiatives and promote good government.
