The Katsina state government has eased the 24-hour curfew in Dutsinma local government area of the state.
The Director of Media in the office of the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaj Abdullahi Aliyu-Yar’adua, disclosed this in a statement on Monday in Katsina.
He said the Acting Governor of the state, Alhaji Faruq Jobe, approved the review of the 7pm to 7am curfew, after receiving reports of improved security situation in the area.

The state government had earlier imposed a 24-hour curfew in Dutsinma after #EndBadGovernance protests in the area turned violent on Thursday.
The government has also banned irregular gatherings and all types of protests in the state.
