Kidnapped monarch family asks for assistance on the payment of N50m Random – Thage

The family of the traditional first -class sovereign in Kogi, held prisoner by kidnappers, appealed to lively people and corporate organizations to help them complete the redemption N50m requested.

Pa. Dada James Ogunyanda, the Obalohun of the Okolake community of the Western local government of Yagba, in the state of Kogi, was kidnapped by its building within the last week last week and brought forcefully to an unknown destination.

The source of the building that contacted our correspondent on the phone dispelled the relationship in the media according to which the redemption was negotiated up to N12m.

“As yesterday Sunday we had, as family members, raised the sum of N25m, but the kidnappers insist on N50M. They initially requested N100m.

“Our great frustration as a family is that the people of the government and politicians who are our friends and cousins ​​have abandoned us in the fight for safe the life of the traditional sovereign, in particular the members of the National Assembly of Kogi West and of the origin of Kabba. Some of them have even blocked our lines and we no longer have access to the help expected.

“We are very worried because the life of our king is deteriorating. That’s why we fought to sell our things to collect N25 million. We could have invented the N50m if we had help from our politicians.

“Therefore, I use this means to appeal to all highly lively people and the corporate organization to help create the N50m. The life of our king is in danger, we need help from any place possible, journalists, bankers, teachers, traders etc.

“We invoke Senator Dino Melaye, Senator Domenica Karimi, Hon Leke Abejide, Hon Faleke, Senator Natasha Akpoti-Oruagham and other poly many of the state and the presidents of the local government to help us collect this fund, the whole family is in difficulty for the well-being of our king who has been abducted from 5 days ago.

“We are also pleading all the shepherds and the imams not to give in to their prayers for the intervention of God”
