Kogi Scube urges parents to adequate education of children – Thage

Secretary of the government of the State of Kogi, Dr. Folonehade Ayoade urged parents to embrace an adequate education of their children in a way that will add value to their lives and contribution to their immediate society.

Ayoade gave the advice while talking to the degree ceremony, vocation and award ceremony for the students of the last year of 2025 of the Celebrity International School, Lokoja, Saturday

He stressed that parents should guarantee that their children are not influenced in the start of social vices such as cultural, concrete drugs, financial fraud and exam among others.

He described children as a gift from God and future leaders who must be adequately treated, burials to provide them with conventional education and home training.

In his main speech, the special guest of honor, the event and the Senior Shepherd, Revival House Church, Lokoja, snr. Dr. Halidu Abraham has encouraged parents that the work of the formation of their children will not be invaded but will be rewarded accordingly.

“The supply of adequate training for children will surely allow them to acquire a sustainable career to live”

He warned graduate students as good ambassadors of their school and strive to promote their education while they go to the wider world in search of knowledge and other means of survival.

Previously, the owner of the Celebrity International School, Lokoja, Dr. Aminu Patrick, revealed that the institution that was founded in September 2017 has a total number of 18 SS3 and 20 JS3 degree students to SS1 students while 29 students are going from the nursery to the primary level of education.

Segun Salami, Parents Teachers Association (PTA), president of the school, who also spoke on the occasion, promised that the association will continue to integrate the efforts of the authority of the institution to give a qualitative education to their children.

He praised the direction for the success story recorded in the school by his institution and urged for the sustenance of the time.
