Marco Silva begs the patience with the Super Eagles star after a little impressive debut

Fulham Marco Silva coach has urged fans to be patients with Nigeria’s international, Samuel Chukwueze, after his non-impressive debut for the team yesterday in the victory of 1-0 Carabao CUP over Cambridge United.

Chukwueze joined the club in the summer transfer window in a loan agreement of AC Milan, with Fulham with the option of making the agreement permanent at the end of the loan.

Since he joined the team, he has not played in any of the English Premier League games despite his availability, but yesterday he played the last 30 minutes of the victory over the team of the Fourth Division League.

Silva talked about the need for fans to be patients with the Nigerian after his performance, which brought questions about the reason behind his firm.

“First minutes for Samuel Chukwueze. He needs more time with us and more time in the field because he can also give us good things. It’s always good when you give time to adapt and understand better,” said the coach after the game.
