May day: Akpabio greets the resilience of Nigerian workers

While workers commemorate on May [on May 1, 2025]President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio, Gcon praised Nigerian workers for their productivity, diligence, commitment to duty and resilience even in the face of socio -economic challenges.

Akpabio in a declaration through his special media and advertising consultant, Hon. EXCEPE EYIBOH recognized the hard work and dedication of the Nigerian workers, noting that they have always given priority to the nation above all.

“Today we celebrate hard work and dedication of the Nigerian workers. We, in the Senate and, of course, in the national assembly, we recognize your valuable contribution to the development of our nation.

“I congratulate you with your resilience in the face of the challenges and I recognize your role in making our economy advance. Despite the obvious challenges, you remain the backbone of our economy. I greet your unwavering commitment for excellence and productivity. Your contributions are fundamental for the progress of our nation”.

The President of the Senate assured that, the tenth national assembly under his guide would have continued to prioritize the well -being, safety and service conditions of workers who detect that the laws in favor of the work will be granted to their deserved attention.

Akpabio has also promised to ensure that workers’ rights were duly guaranteed and respect the addition that “under our eyes, no Nigerian worker will be victimized due to the expression of herself in asking for their rights or looking for a legal appeal.

“I must say that Nigerian workers are our pride and we will not exploit our responsibility by collaborating with the executive to face workers’ concerns and create opportunities for growth and prosperity. Together, we will build a brighter future for Nigerian workers and our great nation.
