Judge Mohammed Umar from the Federal High Court, Abuja, on Thursday, set November 25 for the trial of the former Governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano, for alleged N4 billion fraud.
The judge postponed the case after he took three assessments and a number of cases in the list of causes.
The Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) charged a former governor on the accusations of nine money laundering counts with N4 billion.
The commission accused that Obiano misused funds from the state treasury.

This case was transferred to the new Umar Judge -New.
The former judge, Judge Inyang Ekwo, has improved May 26 for the continuation of the trial before being re -assigned to the UMAR judge by the Chairman of the FHC judge, Chief Justice John Tsoho, on May 18.
However, on May 26, Judge Umar, who was moved from the Enugu Court Division, did not sit, and this case was determined for July 24 to be mentioned.
Obiano is the Governor of Anambra between March 2014 and March 2022.
