Naira Gainsn4.60 against dollars in the official window

Nigerian currency, Naira, won an American dollar in an official window on Wednesday.

Nigerian central bank data (CBN) shows that Naira is closed on N1, 521.45/$ 1 compared to N1, 526.05/$ 1 which is traded on Tuesday.

This represents the appreciation of N4.60 for local currencies for American greenback.

Naira closes flatly against the dollar to be traded at N1.540/$ 1.

Local currency obtained N5 against British pounds to trade at N2.115/£ 1 compared to the previous day level N2.120/£ 1.

It was closed flat against the Canadian dollar to be traded in N1.230/Ca $ 1.

Naira also closed the flat against the euro to be traded in ₦ 1,795/€ 1.
