Naira obtained N13.3 against dollars in the official window

The Nigerian currency, Naira, appreciated the US dollar in the official window on Tuesday.

Nigerian central bank data (CBN) shows that Naira was closed at N1.484.13/$ 1, compared to N1.497.46/$ 1 which was traded on Monday.

This represents the appreciation of N13.33 for local currencies against American Greenback.

Naira closes flatly against the dollar to be traded in N1.535/$ 1.

Local currencies get N5 against British pounds to trade at N2.105/£ 1 compared to the previous day level N2.110/£ 1.

However, it was closed flat against the Canadian dollar to be traded in N1.230/Ca $ 1.

Naira also closed the flat against the euro to be traded in ₦ 1,790/€ 1.
