Naira spilled N1.20 against the dollar in the official window

Nigerian currency, Naira, declined against the US dollar on an official window on Wednesday.

Foreign exchange data of Bank Nigeria Bank central bank (CBN) shows that Naira is closed on N1.488.56/$ 1, such as N1.487.36/$ 1 which is traded on Tuesday.

This is the loss of N1.24 for local currencies against American Greenback.

Naira obtained the N10 against the dollar to trade at N1.505/$ 1, compared to the previous day level N1.515/$ 1.

However, it was closed flat against the British pound to trade at N2,090/£ 1.

Naira obtained the N30 against the Canadian dollar to be traded at N1.200/Ca $ 1, compared to the previous day level N1.230/Ca $ 1.

Local currency also obtains N10 against Euros to be traded in ₦ 1,775/€ 1 compared to the previous day level ₦ 1,785/€ 1.
