Ndlea arrests the woman linked to Iran who hides cocaine partly private at Port Harcourt-Thage airport

The agents of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) arrested a woman, IHENSEKHIEN MIRACLE OBEHI, who attempted to smuggle cocaine in Iran through Port Harcourt international airport, in the state of spinners. Obehi hid the drugs in his private part, in the stomach and the bag while masking in a hijab to evade the safety controls.

A statement released on Sunday by the spokesman for the Ndlea, Femi Babafemi, revealed that the suspicion was intercepted in the airport departure room on May 3, 2025, while trying to board a Qatar Airways flight for Iran via Doha, following credible intelligence.

During a research, the agents discovered three compresses of cocaine inserted in its private part, two packs hidden in the false part of its handbag and 67 pellets swallowed and hidden in the stomach.

He confessed that he intended to swallow 70 pellets but he could only manage 67, choosing to hide the three remaining in his private part. The total weight of the cocaine seized by her was 2.523 kilograms”, added the note.

In a related operation, the officers of the Ndlea of ​​Murtala Muhammed international airport, Lagos, on 9 May arrested a 22-year-old British national team, Campell Kaizra Kofi Johannes Slifer, with two suitcases containing 35 Forte-Upro-powerful cannabis-pitting parcels 37.6 kg. He had arrived from Thailand via Doha on a Qatar Airways flight.

Slifer, who admitted the previous convictions for drug trafficking and the robbery in the United Kingdom, said she was recruited in London to take the shipment in Thailand and deliver it to Nigeria.

In the state of the Niger, a serious drug bust took place on May 7th while the agents intercepted a fuel oil tanker marked with Abj 693 XU and three other vehicles along the Suleja-Kaduna road. The vehicles were loaded with 246 Skunk bags, weighing 3,047 kilograms.
