Ndlea Raids Kano Drug Sarang, arrested 49 suspects

The National Medicine Law Enforcement Agency (Ndlea) has arrested 49 suspects due to various violations related to drugs in the state canoeing.

Ndlea public relations officer in the state, Sadiq Muhammad-Maigatari, revealed this in a statement on Wednesday in Kano.

He said the suspects were arrested during the raid on August 7 and August 8 as part of an effort to curb drug crimes in the state.

The Spokesman Said: “On August 7 and August 8, The Agency Dislodged Several Key Locations Known for Drug-related Activities and Arrested 34 Suspects at Massallacin Idi, Fagge Plaza, Kofar Eye, Kofar Wambai, Kofar and ‘Aagundi, Makabartar and’agundi, Ladani, Zage, And Tashar Rimi at Rimi Market.

“The order also raided the Kano Line Motorcycle Park and Tashar Rami Motor Park in Na’ibawa, where 15 suspects were arrested.”

According to him, items that were restored from the suspects including Cannabis Sativa, Pregabalin, Diazepam, Codein Syrup, Rohypnol, “Suck and Die,” rubber solutions, and local -made weapons.
