Social media users in Kogi State have slammed Governor Usman Ododo and the Member of the House of Representatives representing Ikeja Federal Constituency in Lagos State, Honourable James Abiodun Faleke, over alleged conspiracy to misuse state funds.
Using the trending hashtag !#kogirejectsfalake, Kogi netizens accused the two of being involved in shady dealings with former Governor Yahaya Bello to defraud the state.
They also accused Faleke of involvement in financial irregularities and obstructing the arrest and prosecution of Bello by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) months after he was declared a fugitive.
To start, a user with the account @Idijele wrote:
