Okoye runs the four -year risk for sports fraud

The udino goalkeeper Maduka Okoye could be prohibited for up to four years after he was deferred to the Disciplinary Commission.

The authorities marked an avalanche of suspicious betting activities around Okoye receiving a yellow card, which at 8/1 probabilities allegedly generated more than € 120,000 in winning bets, according to Football Italia.

Okoye was put under investigation along with three friends.

The charges are more serious than previously thought, namely sports fraud instead of only irregular bets.

The 25 -year -old was linked to Udinese de Watford in 2023.
