National President Petroan, Billy Gillis-Harry, observed that the T&E model, which was already operating in the Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) factory in Bonny, would return efficiency to the refinery. The group also praised the commitment of the Tinubu Bola President for infrastructure development, quoting an ongoing rehabilitation from Eleme Expressway, an important route for the distribution of petroleum from Port Harcourt Refinery. Petroan stated optimism that reforms would not only strengthen the nation’s purification capacity but also increase energy security and stimulate local economic growth.
