• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
• Applicants must have the second secondary school certificate or its equivalent (SSCE, NECO, NABTEB, GCE) with a minimum of five credits in English, mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology in no more than two sessions.
• Applicants must present their birth certificate / Age declaration (not on baptismal card), the testimonies of their last school attended, a letter from their parish priest or pastor / baptism and a marriage certificate if they are married.
• The original photocopies of all relevant documents will be seen during the interview.
• Three recent passport photographs and an identification mode (NIN, PVC, driving license, international passport) are necessary.
• Basic candidates must submit their certificates or licenses.

• Applicants must visit the school with payment evidence, modify the bank’s cashier receipt and recover the entry form.
• The completed forms must be returned to school no later than March 28, 2025.
• Course for the entrance exam include mathematics, English language, physics, chemistry and biology.
• The entrance exam will be a computer test (CBT).
• The maintenance details will be communicated upon returning from the completed forms.
• Applicants for the basic nursing post program should provide their midwifery notifications and licenses.
