Talented Nigerian singer Stanlet Omah Didiah popular in the music world as Omah Lay has shared his thoughts on his childhood in Nigeria and how it influenced his success as a musician.
The ‘Understand’ singer who spoke in a recent interview on the Zack Sang Show, said that his childhood experience in Nigeria was beautiful.
Omah Lay also revealed that he was able to use his experience and resources in ways that someone who always had more might not be able to.

β€œIt’s great growing up in Nigeria, where you have more of everything,” Omah Lay said. β€œNow that I have more, I can use my experiences and resources in ways that maybe people who have always had more can’t. I think that makes you very strong and unique.”
Host Zack Sang then asked, β€œHow proud are your parents?”
In her reply, Omah Lay said; β€œMy mother is very proud, she knows I love her very much and she loves me very much too. Her love for me is my fuel and I just look at her and see how far we have come, my energy never dies. She is very proud of me and she believes in me and my decisions. She believes that I will be an amazing human being and that keeps me going, it is very motivating.”
