Judge Aisha Kumaliya of the High Court of the State of Borno sitting in Maiduguri Wednesday, sentenced and sentenced the trio of Aisha Alkali Wakil (Aka Mama Boko Haram), Tahiru Saidu Daura and Prince Lawal Shoyodade in four for the prison prison each.

Count Two of the Charge Reads: βThat you, Aisha Alkali Wakil, Tahiru Saidu Daura, Prince Lawal Shoyodade Whilst Being Chief Executive Officer, Program Manager and Country Director Respectively of Complete Care and Aids Foundation (Non-Governmental Organization) And Saidu Mukhtar (Now at Large) Sometime in July, 2018 at Maiduguri Within the Jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, with intent to defraud Obtained the Sum of N110,000.00 (Eleven Million Naira) Only one Muhammed Ambare of Muhammed Ambare Ventures Under The False Pretece of Executing a Purported Contract of Supply, Installation and Servicing of 2 Units of X- Ray Machine Model 1800, Which You Knew To Be False and Thereby Committed An Offence Contrary to Secation 1 (1) (B) of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences, Act, 2006 and Punishable Under Section 1 (3) of the 3) of the 3) same act. “
The defendants declared themselves not guilty of the accusations when they were read to them, pushing the question to go in full trial.
During the trial, the judicial consultant Mukhtar Ali Ahmed and so Saka presented a witness and presented several documents before the court to demonstrate the case.
During the judgment on Wednesday after several updates at the request of the defendants, judge Kumaliya sentenced them and sentenced for counting from one and two to seven years of imprisonment each. The terms of the prison must run simultaneously.
The judge ordered the prisoners to rest jointly and seriously the sum of N8m to the signatory or to serve further seven years in prison.
The journey of prisoners towards the correction structure began following their doubtful act of assignment of alleged contracts for the supply, installation and services of two units of X-Ray Machine Model 1800 to the signature and its company. They made the signatory to transfer the sum of n11,000,000.00 (eleven thousand Naira) in a third party account, Saidu Muktar (now in freedom) and the contract has never been performed nor the money is back from the signatory.
