The first thing done by the legislative and executive branch of the Nigerian government is to violate the law – to violate the 1999 constitution as amended. This is not typical of the political party of all progressive Congress (APC) Congress. It has become a norm almost without exception since the emergence of this republic 26 years ago. However, is it possible to rape the documents that some people insist that were founded on the terrible lie from the beginning, opening. “We are people …” In the constitution we put a marker for whom and what we want. The important part of the opening of the document outlines the fundamental objectives and principles of the agreement guide. Allow us to reproduce it here.
“We are people from the Federal Republic of Nigeria, who have been firmly and truly decided, to live in unity and harmony as one of the countries that cannot be divided and cannot be separated under God, which is dedicated to the promotion of solidarity, world peace, and international understanding, and to provide constitutions for the purpose of good and well-known government election The selection of the country and its worldwide for a good purpose for the purpose of consolidating the unity of our people.
Another controversial problem is that the claim “has decided firmly and seriously to live in unity and harmony as an inseparable person and cannot be solved …” If the constitution is not written by people and given to themselves, the point of completion “to live in unity and harmony” becomes mute. You cannot live in unity and harmony in the environment of coercion and oppression and distrust that are in -depth and mutually beneficial. The opening also states that the country is a country that “cannot be shared and cannot be solved …”. Here, the constitution gives itself as a coercive product. The “nation” claim is ridiculous because Nigeria is not a country, and there is no indication that it is aspire to become one, not with the government that still exists – promoting divisive policies. How do you promote a sense of unity and ownership when the rulers say that parts of the state that do not vote for them in the election will lose anything caused by them from the Commonwealth. And the rulers continue to do it. Or when the promise is very nepotistic. Or when the Nigerians are reminded to write in the official form that they come from Anambra or Kebbi State or Ekiti regardless of where they live, do business, pay taxes, and raise families. The nation cannot be falsified in an environment where you remain a stranger in a place where you are born, where you live your whole life, and where you die and be buried.

The point to note is that where some key claims from the grundnorm from any country are open to contestation, it must be expected that some people will be tempted to operate on the periphery, and indeed violate the law. This is mainly happening for those who use the power of the state and control the coercion instruments. And that is some of the reasons why our rulers in the legislative and executive branches begin every year by breaking the law, and violating the constitution. In what cases we call our national budget mistaken, these weapons of the government began to violate the law from the last quarter of the previous year. The 1999 Constitution established a fiscal year for January 1 to December 31. Also stipulates that the executive branch must send fiscal documents at least 90 days before January 1, so that parliament members will have enough time to examine the budget. This constitutional recipe has been observed in violations from the start. Even the space that states that the National Assembly can, through law, making the start and end of flexible date is usually ignored.
Section 318 The constitution defines the Nigerian financial year as a period of 12 months starting from January 1 to December 31, or other dates determined by the National Council (Nass). In line with this, the president is expected to provide a budget to the Nass at least 90 days before the end of the financial year so that it allows members of the time parliament to do what is needed. NASS is mandated to pass the budget ahead of the new financial cycle, while the President must sign or withstand approval within 30 days after receiving money bills. If the President refuses to sign any reason, the bill can still be a law if it is ratified by two-thirds of the majority of the Senate and the House of Representatives. If there was a contemplation to put aside the President’s Veto from a Bill, it was of course not in the current Nass which stated that from the beginning that Raison D’Etre they became acquainted with the desires and chiefs of a president with an imperial tendency that was not wrong, the highest leader who had high aspires. And a very public romance between executive and legislative government branches, and maybe justice, take victims to Nigerians, and hamper the country’s development. In the local language, what is done by the government branches in terms of budget and in the field of Kepura -other opening in the governance is “Rub my back, I rub your back”. The tragedy is that even if perseverance is applied to prepare our budget, and its implementation is driven by altruistic motifs, they will still not move the needle towards national development and economic growth given the size of the budget in terms of available money. For countries that are lacking in many fields, both the money available and which are borrowed significantly is inadequate to make the aspirations of the development of Nigerians. The situation becomes worse when the intention behind our budget is doubtful.
This has been a problem for our country for years. And there is no time that has the desire to steal without thinking than people bolder and bolder than this year as manifested in the 2025 budget. It is as if to mock the Nigerians marked ‘Restoration Budget’. Recovery to whom? Of course it is not a long -standing citizen of suffering and poor. Our ruler has a ball at our expense. If this is not the case, people who pass as president of the senate, Godswill Akpabio, will not sing in public forums, and in front of Nigerian President, Alhaji Bola Ahmed Tinubu, which he gave to humor that things are better in this country where people fall under the poverty line every hour, and some people are coma. Apart from cheating numbers in the guise of rebasing, inflation runs on two digits, unemployment is very large, the energy deficit is absorbed and the cost is expensive, the producers are moaning, while our authorities live in indecent luxury. Speaking, the clown said that ‘things -things to be better’ in Nigeria are unable or willing to explain to their compatriots why our country stubbornly remains the capital of the world poverty since 2019, and why more than 150 million our citizens are dimensions?
This same man, Akpabio, led the most cheating apropriation Bill so far in Nigeria’s history. In Cahoots with Tinubu and other collaborators they have aimed at Nigerians A Swindle Sheet on behalf of the budget. And weeks after the Budgit Foundation, a civil society group, revealed fraud signed into a law on February 28 as a restoration budget, both executive and legislative did not bother -Trepan speaking with thoughts that confuse criminal insertion and crazy fees to carry out projects quietly and unconditionally smuggled into the budget. Armed with an undeniable receipt that Budgit reported that Nass included 11,122 projects worth around N7 trillion into the 2025 budget. It was said that this must be concerned because of the potential misuse of the budget and transfer of resources from critical national development needs. Some important and strange insertions are 1,477 street light projects worth N393.29 billion; 7,138 drill holes for N114.53 billion; 2,122 ICT -related projects of N505.79 billion; And, APROPRISI N6.74 billion for the empowerment of traditional rulers. From this allocation, the Nigerians should accept that, for example, the installation of a street lights will cost a minimum cost of N266 million while one borehole will sink with N16 million. As Jocular has said in social media posts, we don’t need this giant amount of money even if our goal is to become the world’s light. And to attack water for drilling holes in the Sahara Desert will not be charged any cost that is almost the same as N16 million. It is my opinion that the APC regime under Tinubu makes Nigerians underestimate and insult. If not, how do we explain that weeks after Perfidy was placed in the public domain, and despite the widespread distribution, no one in the executive or legislative consider it necessary and appropriate to overcome the daytime robbery where the allocation for road construction is allocated to examine the institution and the excavation of the drill hole to move the fast food joints? We may be on a long journey to where in a bigger country and it seems stated.
