There are really various types of leaders! In the world of today in which the real leadership has become a rarity and in a season in which the altruistic service is often obscured by personal ambition, it becomes a miracle to find personality that are found as a lighthouse of integrity, vision and unwavering dedication. You may be lucky to find such individuals who are scarcely located here and there. What deficiency can be are the people whose hearts are rooted in compassion and in minds sharpened by wisdom. These poor men and women not only transform the landscape of their land, but also touch countless lives such as mentors, guides and sources of inspiration.

From the ancient city of Ayatoro to Yewe north of the state of Ogun arrives an unpretentious, obstinate, enterprising, humble, calm but straight and disciplined medical professional transformed into an administrative giant, dr. Iziaq Kunle Salako, the Hon. Minister of State for Health and Social Wellness.

In the annals of the transformative leadership, in which the intersection of vision, integrity and service defines the real statistics, few figures brightly shine like Dr. Iziaq Kunle Salako.

I am more than blessed for being found worthy of being a member of his team while I have learned and acquired more knowledge, wisdom, ability and ability under his protection. Working and walking with and behind him added an immense value to my dossier and daily mentoring is a special blessing that I cannot appreciate enough.
