Parts of Abuja in Darkness (see AEDC’s message to customers)

The Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) has announced that its technical team is working diligently to restore the supply of electricity to parts of the central area in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

In a declaration issued on Thursday through its official X account (previously Twitter), the company faced the customers concerned.

“Dear customers estimated at diplomatic drives, Bolingo Hotel, FIM FM and surrounding areas, we are sorry to inform you that the current current interruption in your area is due to a technical error.

“Our technical team is working tirelessly to restore the supply as quickly as possible.”

Aedc expressed his appreciation for the patience and understanding of customers influenced by the interruption and have reaffirmed his commitment to improve the provision of services.
