Peter Obi: help! The offender, undercover of the night, already erecting fence to divide my brother’s land in two

The NEXT FOODS Limited legal consultant, acting for education of the company’s CEO, my younger brother, Ndibe Obi, brought the question to court on the Ikeja property that was illegally demolished after a offender missed the court in the concession of an unjust possession order.

Now I have been informed that the same offender, under the coverage of the night, is erecting a fence inside the premises in an apparent attempt to divide the land into two. The secrecy and despair surrounding this act speak volumes. Reeks of impunity and seems to be a calculated move to further complicate the current legal proceedings.

Whatever the reason, this is an evident act of transgression and a direct assault on the rule of law. Fortunately, the question is now before the court. We trust that justice will not be done only, but will be seen quickly, definitely and in full compliance with the law.
