The president of the Lagos State Football Association (LSFA) Hajji Gafar has extended his congratulations to Mamady Cisse for his suspended debut with the team of the Athletic Club Minero U20.
The Guinea midfielder was a pleasure to look at while his new team triumphed on their Rivals XV Uber with a score of 4-1.
The director showed his skills with an impressive performance in the second half of the match for his team.
Discovered in Conakry three years ago, the midfield talent was developed by Baba Arigo at the 36 Lion Football Club.
Tuesday, in a media declaration, Hajji Gafar expressed his joy for the impeccable debut of Cisse.
“I followed the game online and I was very happy. It brought us an immense joy to 36 Lion to see a unique talent that we identified in Conakry with an impact in his new club,” said Hajji Gafar.
“Mamady Cisse, the young player who viewed Guinea Conakry three years ago, signed a three -year contract with the Atlético Minero club in Brazil.
“The first African to achieve this result in Belo Horizonte, in Brazil. It was constantly our goal to make a player pass directly in Brazil. The achievement of this now demonstrates our progress and we will not market ourselves.
“Lion Cisse’s style of play is distinctive. His talent mixture and an instinctive ability to create opportunities for apparently nothing, combined with his balanced force, constantly distinguishes him on the field.
“I would like to extend my special congratulations to the sheriff of Mr. Sheku, Ally Badara Sampou of the Athouga Foot and Cem Sagar Academies, CEO of Diamond Sports Management,” he observed.
Mamady Cisse hopes that his impressive performances will earn him a place in the first team of the Athletic Club Minero.
