Prince Harry has visited the victims of the war in Ukraine as part of his work with the injured veterans, a spokesman said.
Duke of Sussex is in the central London this week for Appeal court hearing for its safety arrangement in England.
Visit on Thursday to LVIV in Ukraine West, which is often the target of Russian missiles, was not announced until after he was abroad.
Harry, who served 10 years in the British Army, visited the Center for Superhumans, an orthopedic clinic in LVIV that treated and rehabilitated injured military personnel and civilians.
Prince, 40, accompanied by a contingent from his Invictus Games Foundation, including four veterans who have gone through similar rehabilitation experiences.
A spokesman for Duke of Sussex said Harry had been invited by the central CEO, Olga Rudneva, a year ago, and again at the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025, which took place in February.
Harry traveled to the center, which offers prosthetics, reconstructive surgery, and free psychological assistance, to see firsthand the support they gave during the time of active war.
Duke, who served two tours in Afghanistan, met patients and medical professionals while on a central tour.
During his trip to Ukraine, he also met with members of the Invictus Ukraine community, and the Minister of Ukraine Veterans Affairs, Natalia Kalmykova.

Helping injured soldiers have become one of Harry’s most prominent causes, because he founded The Invictus Games in 2014 to offer injured veterans challenges to compete in sports similar to Paralympics.
Harry is the second member of the royal family who visited Ukraine since Russia launched a full scale invasion of her smaller neighbor in February 2022.
His aunt, Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, made a visit without notice to the capital of Ukraine Kyiv last year.
