Ralph Nweke, secretary of the Anambra State Football Association, ANSFA, has been appointed as the football coordinator of the Tinubu Suport Organisation, TSO, in line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s renewed hope agenda, Silvernews.com.ng reports.

The appointment by the TSO Management is in accordance with the TSO National Football Tournament scheduled for April 2026.

Nweke has become an emerging strong hand in football administration in the state.

The Tinubu Support Organization, TSO, organizes annual football tournaments across the country to rally support for the re-election of the President, His Excellency Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

While details of the appointment were not at hand at the time of filing this report, Nweke merely told Exclusivenews.com.ng that such details will be made public as they become available in due course.

TSO had approved similar appointments by its football management for other states and geopolitical zones in the country ahead of the April 2026 start date.

Nweke’s appointment, which will take effect immediately, will see the Coordinator oversee the planning, implementation and liaison with local football teams to form a formidable state team for the zonal knockout competition en route to the national finals against the winners from the remaining five zones in the country.

Furthermore, as the state coordinator, Nweke is expected to organize coaching clinics, refereeing courses and administrative seminars in the state to strengthen the football management structure at the local level, as well as leverage sport as a medium for community awareness and civil participation.

The TSO Football Project is an avenue for discovering talent, promoting social cohesion and deepening community engagement in partnership with the Renewed Hope Agenda of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, (GCFR).

The choice of Nweke for this role is appropriate given his extensive experience in grassroots, talent discovery and development.
