Rivers State Sports Commissioner Chris Green has warned newly appointed Rivers United coach Finidi George that the club demands the best from him.
Recall that the former Super Eagles head coach was appointed after Stanley Eguma was sacked by the club, following the team’s struggles in the NPFL last season.
However, speaking to club media, Green said the best is yet to come at Rivers United.

“We have decided to bring in our own team, Finidi George, a serial winner who has won at national and international level,” Green told Rivers United Media.
“He is one of the best in Nigerian football, and won the Cup of Nations in 1994.
“We are lucky to have him back home and we expect nothing but the best from him.
“This time it is not business as usual. Discipline is our motto. We will not tolerate any sabotage. The best must come to Rivers United.”
