Saudi Arabia celebrates the 95th national day

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia celebrated its 95th national day and expressed satisfaction that he had recorded considerable growth in bilateral bonds with Nigeria.

The Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Abuja commemorated the day on Thursday in Abuja.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Saad Allarri, the accusation of business of the embassy, ​​recalled the meaning of the occasion that marked the 95 years since King Abdulaziz at Saud unified the Kingdom.

Almarri said that bilateral relationships between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Nigeria had witnessed a significant growth in various fields.

He listed these bilateral relations to include trade, education and drug combat trafficking.

He said that the commercial volume between the two countries had exceeded $ 600 million, while hundreds of Nigerian students had received scholarships from Saudi Arabia.

The accusation of business expressed the profound Saudi appreciation for the people and the government of Nigeria.

He said that the commitment shared between the two countries to progress towards a wider horizon of partnership and integration was fundamental.

He also applauded the successful offer of the Kingdom to host Expo 2030 in Riyadh with the theme “Foresight for Tomorrow”.

“Expo 2030 is an international testimony of our country and its ability to organize and host important global events,” he said.
