Singer Rema responds to claims he worships the devil

Talented Nigerian singer, kRema has responded to claims on social media that he worships the devil.

The “Calm Down” singer, who reacted to the allegations during a chat on the Kids Take Over podcast, described the claims as the craziest thing she’s ever seen about herself online.

The singer said it was not important for her to respond to the claims as she felt it would be a waste of time to clarify that her music, fashion and visuals are all art.

He said: “The craziest thing I’ve ever seen online about me is that I worship Satan; they say I worship Satan.

“It’s not important to respond to those claims; it’s a waste of time. Sometimes, the colors my team and I use just dominate the image.

“The rabies phase is all about the color red and people are afraid of the color red and I was like, ‘Wow, this is red.’ If you see a beautiful woman in a red dress, you wouldn’t call her a devil, so why are you calling me a devil?”
