The Three Lions of England are now without a manager as Gareth Southgate has stepped down from his post after his team failed to win the 2024 European Championship.
England, who were looking to break a 58-year curse, were beaten 2-1 by Spain in the tournament final last Sunday.
The defeat meant England have failed to win a European final for two consecutive years and have not won a major trophy since 1966.
Southgate, 53, managed England 102 times in eight years and his contract was due to expire at the end of this year.

But on Tuesday, the 53-year-old announced his resignation.
“As a proud Englishman, it has been the honour of my life to play for England and to manage England,” Southgate said.
“It means everything to me, and I gave it my all.
“But now it’s time for change, and for a new chapter.”
English football’s governing body has now announced that the process to hire Southgate’s replacement has begun.
Meanwhile, England’s next match is against the Republic of Ireland in the Nations League on September 7.
