Gabriel Oche Amanyi, who is known professionally among music as Terry G, openly responded to the criticism that was directed at him for changing his name to “Terry Gzus” recently.
In a social media post, musicians say that rebranding is not stopped but a course that is “diverted” for his career and also insists that his professional path has miraculously diverted rather than stopped.
Talented artists reject ideas that the new name has reduced his mission, seeing “gzus” as a reflection of his confident and not repenting character.

Terry G clarify that “Gzus is not Jesus Christ, but a reflection of God in me – without feeling, chosen, and not sorry.” He underlined his belief that “Changing the name does not kill the goal.” What has been determined before cannot be changed.
The musician wrote as follows: “They say my career ended my day to become Terry Gzus.
” But let me straighten: my journey does not end; It was diverted divinely. Gzus is not Jesus Christ, but a reflection of God in me – without feeling, elected, and not sorry. You do not kill the purpose by changing the name. What is ordained cannot be canceled. “
