Judge Mohammed Umar from the Federal High Court, Abuja, on Friday, gave another promoter from the Crypto Bridge Exchange (CBEX), Adefowora Abiodun, a guarantee in the number of N20 million.
The judge, in the decision on the guarantee application, also ordered the defendant to produce two guarantees in the same amount.
He directed that Surerties must have a property that is commensurate with the number of guarantees in the court jurisdiction.
Judge Umar also directed the prosecution to verify the residence of Suretes and postpone the problem until November 3 for the start of the trial.
The Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) on July 18, defending Abiodun, Director of the Implementing of ST Technologies International Limited, on charges of fraud of eight counts.

Abiodun, including Aberosuo Autorudo and Chukwuebuka Ehirim, who had previously been given a guarantee of each N10 million in separate accusations, were prosecuted for obtaining with the heads
He is also suspected of carrying out other financial institution activities without having the necessary licenses from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The Commission is the same as accusing that the defendant used another company, CBEX, to commit investment fraud.
He, however, claimed to be innocent for the allegations changed marked: FHC/ABJ/CR/215/2025 date and submitted on July 9 by Fadila Yusuf on behalf of EFCC.
