The former top scorer of the Nigeria League and the prolific striker of Iwuanyanwu National, Chibuzor Ozurumba is destined to marry with his heartbeat Chioma Nduanusi on 31/5/25.

The marriage is invoiced for the Methodist Church McC/ Utta Road Owerri which will be followed by the reception at the Owerri government secondary school.

Ozurumba in his first days helped Gray Kaduna international secondary school to win the NNPC/Shell Cup for secondary schools in 2000 and also emerged as the most precious player (MVP) and the highest marker of the competition.

Continued by his career in football, he had a short time with the Jasper United FC in Onitsha before moving on to Iwuanyanwu Nationale in 2002 and went on to book his name as the highest marker in the championship by 2003 with 13 goals.

The merchant for the objectives also won the CAF Champions League with Enyimba International FC in ABA in 2004 and in 2011 he helped Heartland FC in Owerri to defeat his former club Elyimba International FC in the Federation Cup finals decided in Lagos.

His performances in the various clubs for which he played a national recognition of him and also inspired a generation of young players inside and beyond the state of imo.

The lethal finer now retired still contributes to the game that has remained Green in the hearts of the fans and interested parties of Heartland.
