The founder and president of Emiloju FC, Alhaji Musiliu Jimoh Alao, has praised the organizers of the Showtime Youth Cup so he described as a truly different and outstanding football experience, after the historic victory of his team in the maiden edition of the tournament.

Speaking after Emiloju FC lifted the trophy and received a total of ₦ 14 million awards, including team and individual awards, he said that, although there are many competitions throughout the country, Showtime Youth Cup stands out for his professionalism, instant rewards and general organization.
“There are many competitions out there, but this is different. Winning is great, but winning and receiving the money from your prize immediately is something that I must recommend,” he said.
The president also took the opportunity to praise his players, emphasizing his focus and commitment throughout the tournament:
“I also want to congratulate my players for their dedication, discipline and for staying focused from beginning to end. His hard work brought this success, and I am really proud of them.”
The final, played in the prestigious Moboji Johnson Arena, the Onikan stadium, saw Emiloju FC defeat Oskey International FC 3–1 in an exciting confrontation.
The team’s captain, Adedoye Samuel Ayobami, was appointed more valuable player, while goalkeeper Chijindu Miracle Anaikwe won the best goalkeeper award, both moving away with ₦ 1.5 million each.
With this outstanding performance and strong leadership from above, Emiloju FC Not only has he claimed a trophy, but also established a new standard for excellence in youth football in Nigeria.
