The Libyan authorities hold five Nigerians for alleged theft

The Sabha authorities, in Libya, arrested five Nigerian citizens for presumably stole electrical equipment from a local farm.

The arrests of Nigerian citizens have been announced by Migrant Rescue Watch through social media on Monday 26 May 2025.

According to the report, the agents of the Al-Qahira police department carried out the arrests on Sunday 25 May.

The suspicions were transferred to the public judicial action for further legal proceedings.
