A man has been charged with many accusations of murder after eleven people, including a five -year -old child, died in a vehicle attack on Vancouver.

British Columbia’s prosecution service said that Kai-Ji Adam Lo, 30, had been charged with eight accusations of the second level of murder.

He added that more accusations were possible. Investigators have put aside terrorism as a motive and say you have a history of mental health problems.

The prosecutor said that Lo, a Vancouver resident, appeared in court on Sunday and remained detained.
