The organizers announce a new date for Wakawaka Sports Awards

A new date has been announced for expected Wakawaka Sports Awards to honor the people who contributed significantly to sports development.

In a declaration by the SilverNews Communication CEO, the publisher of SilverNews and Wakawaka Sports Extra, Kennedy Onwunali said that the debut prizes will now be on June 7, 2025.

According to him, the postponement of the initial date of May 31, 2025 was made necessary by the National Sports Festival in Corso 2025 noting that most of the winners are participating in the Sports Fiesta.
