The Democratic Party Caucus Senate (PDP) of the people on Tuesday convinced members that the party remained strong, contrary to the satire that it was on the verge of collapse.
The PDP minority leader in the Senate, Abba Moro, gave a guarantee to a press conference in Abuja.
Moro, accompanied by briefing by other Caucus members, said that the current conflict in PDP is not unique just for the party.
He said other parties, including the Congress of all Progressive, (APC), Labor Party, (LP) of the New Nigerian People’s Party (NNPP) Social Democratic Party (SDP) had their crisis shares.
Minority leaders urged party members to remain firm in their commitment, dedication, and loyalty to the party.
He said Caucus believed that a series of activities built by party leadership would bring up a new life and make him competitive in the future elections.

According to him, the beauty of democracy is in the existence of strong opposition to keep the ruling party under control to ensure good government.
Moro stressed that the PDP Senate caucus did not reject the ideas and ideals of the coalition.
“The caucus observes the synthesis of ideas and creating the harmony of ideals will advance the beauty of democracy.
“However, Caucus suggested that such a coalition must be encouraged by political parties and not individuals.
“And as the biggest of all opposition parties, the PDP umbrella is large enough to accommodate all those who want a coalition,” he said.
The minority leader shows that PDP will encourage the coalition when it becomes necessary, emphasizing that the party is a big brand that is competitive.
“In all corners and gaps of Nigeria, there are members of the PDP, Caucus stressed that getting out of the current conflict upheaval in the party, a new party that will emerge that will give Nigeria alternatives to the current ruling parties.
“Therefore, Caucus urged all party members to dedicate again, commit again, and show firm and unrodged loyalty to the party to provide protection against democracy in Nigeria,” Moro concluded.
