Turkish Super Lig club Trabzonspor continue to work on a deal to sign Southampton’s Nigerian international Paul Onuachu ahead of the 2024-2025 season. Onuachu enjoyed a successful loan spell at Trabzonspor in the just concluded season, recording seventeen goals and four assists in 25 appearances in all competitions, twenty-two of which he started. Trabzonspor would like to keep Onuachu for next season but are struggling to meet the requested sum, with the Saints valuing him at fifteen million euros.
