Transcorp Group publishes an impressive H1 2025 results, increases the income of N279.7 billion, profit before the taxes to N85.7 billion

Transnational Corporation PLC (“Transcorp Group” or “Company”), (NGX: Transcorp), the conglomerate listed in Nigeria, announced its uncomfortable results of H1, showing an impressive growth of one year, for the period closed at 30 June 2025.

The entrances H1 2025 of the Transcorp group grew by 59% from N175.4 billion in 2024 to N279.7 billion, while the profit before the taxes grew by 21%, to close at 85.7 billion in N70.9 billion recorded in H1 2024.

๏€ญ Transcorp Group has continued its healthy profitability trajectory in HI 2025, with a PBT growth of 21% of N85.7 billion, compared to N70.9 billion in the same period last year.

๏€ญ This performance has seen an increase in the gross profit margin of 47%, despite the winds against economic.

๏‚ง Dividendo

๏€ญ In line with its commitment to providing value to shareholders, the company has declared a provisional dividend of โ‚ฆ 4.064 billion which represent 40 kobo per ordinary action subject to the tax on the applicable withholding tax.
