UNIABUJA Sustainable Development Centre Admission Form 2023
University of Abuja Sustainable Development Centre (UNIABUJA) is accepting application for from all eligible candidates into its Postgraduate programmes for the 2023/2024 academic session. All candidates who are interested in applying must possess the following, Specified academic qualifications and NYSC Certification.
Application is being invited from all suitably qualified candidates in the University of Abuja Sustainable Development Centre (UNIABUJA) into its Postgraduate programmes for the 2023/2024 academic session. Courses available include full-time Academic and Professional Masterโs Degrees and Postgraduate Diplomas. Applicants are invited from diverse range of academic backgrounds, including Natural Science, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, Law,and Arts, among others.
UNIABUJA Sustainable Development Centre Courses
The Sustainable Development Centre offers an array of full-time and part-time courses. The Academic Masterโs Degree Programmes, available only on a full-time basis, includes MSc Degree in Sustainable Development Studies, Climate and Society Studies, Peace and Conflict Studies, and Migration Studies.
The Professional Masterโs Degree Programmes, available in both full-time and part-time modes, encompass Masterโs Degree in Sustainable Development Studies, Climate and Society Studies, Peace and Conflict Studies, and Migration Studies.
The Centre also provides Postgraduate Diploma Programmes on both a full-time and part-time basis in Sustainable Development Studies, Climate and Society Studies, Peace and Conflict Studies, and Migration Studies.

UNIABUJA Sustainable Development Centre Admission Requirements
Candidates applying for these programmes must meet certain criteria. They must possess five OโLevel credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings. They should have a Bachelorโs degree in any discipline with a minimum of Second Class Honours Lower division. For postgraduate diploma programmes, admission is possible with a minimum of a Third Class Degree or Lower Credit, Higher National Diploma, or its equivalent from a recognised university. Applicants are also required to present a NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter.
UNIABUJA Sustainable Development Centre Courses Duration
Masterโs Degree Programmes:
- Full-time: a minimum of four semesters and a maximum of six semesters
- Part-time: A minimum of six semesters and a maximum of eight semesters.
Postgraduate Diploma Programmes:
- Full-time Diploma: Minimum of two semesters and a maximum of four semesters.
- Part-time Diploma: Minimum of four semesters and maximum of six semesters
(Field trip outside Nigeria is a mandatory requirement for all the courses)
