Valuejet sends another plane to Luanda for the Eagles

The stranded Super Eagles are expected to arrive in Nigeria in the early hours of Sunday.
Super Eagles media manager Promise Eforge revealed on Saturday evening that the entire contingent was fine despite the experience.
The valuejet plane carrying the team from South Africa to Nigeria made an emergency landing in Luanda following a crack in the plane’s windshield.

“We are all fine and everything is fine with the team. We are expecting another plane on Sunday at 3am Nigeria time, and we should be in Uyo in the early hours of Sunday. Luanda is about four hours from Nigeria,” Eforge said.
Our correspondent exclusively learned that the NFF might consider moving the date if the team did not arrive in Uyo in time to prepare for the crucial match against Benin, scheduled for Tuesday.
