Why I Stop Eating Amala, Other Heavy Foods – Olamide

The popular Nigeria rapper Olamide, which is widely known as “Badoo,” has given a reason for his decision to stop eating Amala and other heavy traditional dishes.

Boss YBNL said in an interview with Youtuber Korty Eo that the shift was carried out by an increase in fitness and health awareness, especially when he was getting older.

“I don’t eat amala or heavy food like before. I have to slow down because I noticed they made me feel too heavy and slow, especially before the studio show or session,” said Olamide.

Rapper, known for his cheerful and single stage personality, states that food adjustment has improved its way of life and productivity in general.

“I am more aware of what I eat now. It is all part of growth. You can’t be young forever,” he added with a laugh.

Although Olamide said that he is not a large culinary lover, he now prefers lighter and healthier foods such as caviar, sea bass, lamb meat, and vegetables, especially broccoli.

“I’m not a big fan of food.” I eat vegetables. But I can kill for broccoli.

“I like broccoli, sea bass, lamb, and even caviar. That is a snack. I don’t eat amala; that makes me full,” he concluded.
