Zelensky: we captured Chinese citizens who fight together with the Russian forces

The Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky, said Kiev captured two Chinese citizens who fight together with Russian forces in Eastern Ukraine.
“There are documents from prisoners, banking cards and personal data,” said Zelensky on Telegram, together with a video showing the images of one of the caught men.
He said the two men had fought for the Russians in the eastern region of Donetsk.
Zelensky said that the two are not isolated cases. “We have information that there are many more than these Chinese citizens in the occupying forces,” he said.
The Ukrainian Foreign Minister, Andrii Sybiha, was commissioned to ask Beijing’s official response, calling the development a “clear signal” that Russian President Vladimir Putin intends to extend the war.
“This absolutely requires a response from the United States, Europe and every day who want peace,” said Zelensky.
The prisoners are under the custody of the SBU security service of Ukraine.
Ukraine defended himself against the vast ra scark of Russia for more than three years, with significant military and financial support by the Western allies.
North Korean troops have fought for Russia, while thousands of foreign volunteers are believed to be service on the Ukrainian side.
