FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, MINNA [FUTMINNA] UTME/DIRECT ENTRY ADMISSION FORM FOR 2024/2025 ACADEMIC SESSION RELEASED

This is to inform all the candidates who applied for admission into the Federal University of Technology, Minna for the 2024/2025 academic session that the University Pre-Entry Screening/Matriculation Screening Exercise (UPASE) will commence on Wednesday, 14th August, 2024 and will end at midnight on Sunday, 13th October, 2024.

Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) only through the REMITA platform.

ELIGIBILITY

(i) Only UTME and DE candidates who selected Federal University of Technology, Minna as their first choice are eligible for the screening exercise.

(ii) Candidates for the UTME must have a minimum score of 150, except for courses for which higher cut-off marks have been indicated on the University website.

(iii) All candidates must have a minimum of five O Level credits, including Mathematics and English, in subjects relevant to the courses they are offering, in not more than two sittings. In addition, direct entry candidates must have at least one lower credit at National Diploma and/or Higher National Diploma level or a merit at NCE level.

(iv) UTME candidates who have achieved the minimum score of 150 and above but do not have the UTME or O’level subject combination for their chosen courses are eligible to change to another course whose requirements are met by the candidates.

NOTE: CANDIDATES MUST ENSURE THAT THEIR ‘O’ LEVEL RESULTS ARE UPLOADED ON THE JAMB-CAPS WEBSITE.
