El-Kanemi Warriors were eliminated by Dadje FC

El-Kanemi Warriors have been knocked out of the CAF Confederation Cup by Beninese side Dadje FC, according to reports Complete sports.com.

Dadje defeated the Nigerian Federation President Cup champions 2-1 in the second leg of their preliminary round tie.

The two teams drew 1-1 in the first leg last week.

Dadje won the two-legged match with an aggregate score of 3-2.

El-Kanemi’s warriors will now turn their attention to their national campaign.

Nigeria’s other representative in the competition, Enyimba, was eliminated from the preliminary round.
