The famous actress Nollywood dies in short illness

The influencer of the Nigerian brand Cum Nollywood, Monalisa Stephen, died in a short illness.

A report by Naija News said that the CEO of Best of Nollywood (Bon) Awards, Seun Oloketuyi, announced the disappearance in a post through his Instagram page on Wednesday 14 May 2025.

Oloketuyi said that the largest actress died on Tuesday 13 May, after fighting low blood sugar and internal bleeding.

He added that the sister of the deceased actress confirmed his death.

He wrote: “The influencer of the Monalisa Ayobami Stephen brand died. She died yesterday in Lagos after losing the fight against low sugar and internal bleeding. Her minor sister immediate confirmed the death of this single and beautiful soul.”
