“Adopt Hold Hand, Support at There.Syndrome” Business Consultant says to Eternal Brothers Club

A company consultant with the economist, dr. Stephen Odo has unjust the members of the Eternal Brothers Club to encourage and support each other in various companies and vocations, to strengthen the link between them

Odoh gave the advice during a one -day leadership retreat for the managers of the Board of Trusts (Bot) and the leaders of the Club Eternal Brothers committee, on the needs and benefits of the club.

Odo, who is the director of Ebonyi Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (Esmeda) observed that the club would grew beyond expectations if adopted the “Hold Hands syndrome”.

“In your platforms, identify what each member does to live and sponsor OneThers’ businessss.

“When you do it religiously, you will not persuade people to join you because people will want to be part of what you are doing.

“Most of your members are close to the governor, to the minister, then share these contacts to meet individual and overall needs”.

The person of the resources to the retreat observed that this maximum financial cooperation and otherwise among the members would automatically increase their belonging because everyone would like to be part of the club.

“” We shouldn’t be saints in thinking that problems don’t come, they will surely arrive so that perceptions differ.

“We should all guarantee that this club grows by solving conflicts internally without resorting to external influences, since there is no problem that the club cannot solve.

“We adopt the biblical injunction that when your brother offends you, get closer to him with your grievances and if you are not satisfied with his answer, you can approach others.”

The president of the club, Hon. Charles Akpu-Enika welcomed the participants in the retreat, observing that it was one of the proactive ways of the club to build the ability of its leaders.

“We want to explore all the real ways, to accentuate the needs and benefits of the Eternal Club Brothers, on its esteemed members and the company in general.

“The Eternal Brothers Club has grown with giant steps from its training in 2021 with current belonging that is approaching 200, including eminent personalities in the government, in business, in the academic world.”

The immediate past commissioner for the development of young people and the sport of Ebonyi said that the withdrawal has the purpose of promoting the unit between members, improving the effectiveness of the leadership and aligning itself with the vision of the club.

“This event that can be definitively described as APT and timely, is a Lee-way to consolidate the earnings obtained by the club from the beginning.

“This retreat in achieving the strategic alignment of the club with the outside world, offers an opportunity focused to effectively align the leadership on the short and long term objectives of the club.

“These objectives increased by the club’s vision to achieve excellence at all times, would improve its feasibility and obligations towards its members and society”.

He used the opportunity thanks to the governor Francis Nwifuru for his paternal arrangement towards the club and Eng David Umahi also for his paternal love and his kind disposition in all his business.

The vice -president of the club, dr. Kelechi Okezie, also educated the participants in the constitution of the club, especially in that it affects the dictates of their various offices.
